In a recent MTA WA survey customer disputes has topped the list as the issue impacting the most members (18%).  When combined with the Australian Consumer Laws, disputes with customers and consumer rights impact over 30% of all member businesses. The second biggest issue was access to repair information, however only 13% of mmebers have highlighted this as an issue.

Members were also asked about which MTA WA services they used.  The overwhelming response showed that members find great value in MTA's industrial relations, human resources and legal advice services.
